Summary of Position:
This position will be working in the Client Services area of our company. In this position, you’ll be assisting our sales team by creating opportunities in which a salesperson has a chance to make a sales presentation. You’ll do this by making outbound calls to real estate brokers and agents (future) from a target list in your territory that Terradatum will provide; most targets will need some research which can include Googling the company or person, investigating their website, looking them up on LinkedIn, etc… to complete the profile. Marketing will send targeted email campaigns to the targets
that have email and you’ll follow up all lead/suspects in the target list by phone and personal touch email.
You’ll use our CRM (Sugar) system to track, follow up and convert leads to opportunities for the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use our CRM software (Sugar) to track outbound calls to real estate brokers and agents that may be interested in our products & services looking to create an Opportunity for the Sales team.
Work with other team members, as well as on your own, to expand your knowledge of our products & services
Use our CRM software to assist and track incoming leads; qualify and convert to an Opportunity for the Sales team
Answer incoming phone sales calls
Manage and work with marketing, sales, and client services manager to continue maximizing campaigns sent to your territory
Special projects as assigned
Occasional office organizational assistance
Qualification and Requirements:
Must align with the company’s core values
Some lead generation or sales experience
Excellent follow-up and follow through skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients; a positive attitude
Proficient in G-Suite – Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs
Some CRM software experience, you’ll have to learn and be proficient in Sugar CRM
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High School diploma/GED required.
Real Estate industry experience
Associates degree or higher level of education preferred
